Page title and link translation

Hello
I have problem with translate page title and link for every language, there is a option to do this in panel ?

Now my links look like this:

http://www.mypage.com/home
http://www.mypage.com/fr/home
http://www.mypage.com/de/home

and titles is same for any language :
Mypage – home

I’d like to look this way

Example:

http://www.mypage.com/home
http://www.mypage.com/fr/domicile
http://www.mypage.com/de/haus

Mypage – home
Mypage – domicile
Mypage – haus
