Updated 1.5.1 url error log detected 404 error

I had redirection plugin activated, its had 404 error monitoring – captures a log of 404 errors and allows me. to easily map these to 301 redirects.

After updated new version 1.5.1, recently the 404 error log had detected error WC Product URL (but product page was worked), example as below:
http://example.com/product/xxxxxxx/www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-5TS66X

But… Google Search Console – Crawl Error log never detect any this error wc Product URL.
