I have our company Intranet running on a local Windows Server 2012 box. Install was done using XAMPP and everything runs great. I now need to add a second site. I have the WordPress install files in a folder but I am at a loss as to where to put them.
Existing site is accessed from http://intranet/wordpress
I would expect that means existing site is run from a folder named wordpress. I do find folder \xampp\apps\wordpress
If I put my new site files in \xampp\apps\newsite and try to run install.php (http://intranet/newsite/wp-admin/install.php) it’s a no go.
Where should files live for a second site in an XAMPP installation?
