Site is kids4hydrogen.org. My daughter and I (she is an admin on the site) HannahF
upgraded to 4.7 on kids4hydrogen.org and even after clearing browser caches I can’t connect to either the website, or more importantly the login page for admin.

I saw the 4.7 post saying to clear caches and turn off plugins. I can’t access the login page at all so I can’t use phpmyadmin tool, and her account didn’t allow me to FTP to ftp://kids4hydrogen.org to make manual edits.
I posted in another place after paying for a premium account and never saw any affect, so I cancelled that and moved here. We did have a backup in the account for last night, but that would require getting access to the site to restore.
Thanks in advance for your help. the whole system is down and really would like to get it up and going for my daughter before her boss is frustrated. 🙂
