keep getting “Please fill out the form on the previous page” error

Hi,

I am working with WordPress 4.6.1 & Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms 2.0.6.

I have create 4 step form.
But can’t proceed to page 2 & page 3. Keep getting “Please fill out the form on the previous page” error. I am able to proceed to page 4 though.

Cant even open url for page 2 or page 3 directly in browser. Get same error.
Cleared cache, tried in 2-3 PCs & different browsers. Still the same.

Didn’t get any other obvious solution on google.

Please help ASAP.
