I referred to the w3tc installation guides at WPBeginner and WPMUDEV while installing the plugin. I have used Amazon S3 for my CDN. I’m getting the unsuccessful file transfer queue again and again. When I empty the queue, my site looks fine. Just a few days ago, I emptied the queue (JS and CSS files) as my site was not fetching JS and CSS files. Today, I got the same notification and had to clear the queue again (with I guess the same JS and CSS files in that queue).
Also, not sure why, but at the end of URLs of my images and other files, it says something like this:
http://example.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/filename-125×125.png?x55264&x55264
See the last part of that URL? I see x55264 twice. The last time I used this plugin on another site, I used to see those things just once.
