Hi, I am very new to WordPress!, I tried to install xampp, I have been through youtube tutorials, when I type localhost it does not take me through to xampp, instead it says IIS?, what am I doing wrong?, has anybody got a step by step guide as to how to install xampp properly?, I am in desperate need of help!!!!.
