Mass publish/update old posts

Hi

I had to change the placement id for ads.
Unfortunately there is no other option than to republish all of my posts in order to send updates.

I have 5000 posts on my WP so republishing manually every post is not possible
Is there a hook or a snippet I could use in order to mass republish all the previous posts ?
