The client that owns the site doesn’t want to have a winner chosen by multiple entries. She however would like to reject multiple entries for the day and wanted to know if it would be possible to accept a “multiple entry” entered the next day.
Example -> I submit a result today [using my email address}. My second comment [from the same email] doesn’t count for the same day, but if I submit a comment tomorrow is there a way we can have that be counted for?
