Weird display on Pinpoint booking

Hello,

I tried to activate and install the plugin Pinpoint booking.

However, the display is weird as in the printscreen

I tried to uninstall/delete and install the plugin again but the plugin seems to remember the calendar… And I can’t delete it !!!

Could you please tell me how to reset properly the plugin ?
