I was using this plugin and tweaking the login screen. Then my web host locked me out of my WordPress site for repeated failed login attempts. FOR TWO HOURS!
Every time you save any changes, the server views it as a failed login. DON’T USE THIS PLUGIN UNTIL THIS BUG IS FIXED!
