Can someone please explain how the funnel steps work in GA? The plugin instructions say to add the following steps with these names: “Step 1 : Checkout View; Step 2 : Billing Info; Step 3 : Proceed to payment”.
Is that really all I have to do? But more importantly, my store doesn’t have 3 steps for checkout. The checkout view, the billing view, and the proceed to payment view are all the same page. It goes “View Cart Page” > “Billing Info Page” > “Receipt Page”. And those three steps outlined in the instructions sound like they all apply to me middle page, the Billing Info Page.
Some direction or insight would be greatly appreciated!
