Tracking Multiple Sources on a Single Form

Hello,

I have a client that needs to track leads from about 20 different landing pages to optimize conversion. Each of these pages needs a contact form. I’m assuming that you can add multiple GA goals to a single form so that I know which page each entry signed up on while keeping all the contacts in one form. Please confirm that this plugin will handle this type of use. Again, I will have approximately 20 different goals.
