After loosing settings for the pro version of this theme at several occasions for 2 different sites in production, I can no longer recommend it.
A bug that imply the above is said to be fixed in the latest version, but this theme has already caused me so much headache (having to restore my database several times) that I no longer trust it. I will keep it running on my 2 sites, but not use the 3 remaining pro licenses that I have purchased to create new sites.
Yes, I have been in contact with the pro support for this theme. No, I didn’t get more than “odd, we haven’t seen/heard anything like this from anyone” replies from them. No, it is not my hosting providers fault. My hosting provider did really extensive research to find the root cause of my problems and did more than I could ask from by them as they even looked through MySQL binary logs to try to find out what was happening with my theme settings getting resetted at several occasions.
