Details: Using the theme News Pro (HTML5 Responsive Genesis Child theme)

I am trying to upload a Featured Image for each podcast episode. I set the featured image, and nothing shows up on my wordpress page. This is causing an inconvenience for me and my boss, as we are about to launch a new podcast on Monday. Please advise, is there a setting I’m missing somewhere, or is this maybe a child theme thing that needs fixed?
