Before I was using all kind of other form solutions in my WP sites. Until WPforms came along and since then I switched all my sites (both personal, business and for clients) to WPforms. It works fast, has all the options I need, allows conditional fields very easily, good integrations with external tools like Zapier. The form also perfectly fits in the websites as it takes over the formatting of the themes I’m using. If needed, custom css is added easily if additional formatting is needed.
Next to that, support is awesome. I opted in for a lifetime membership. Absolutely recommended.
