Users tied to Outlook Exchange

I’d like to have a site whose users are tied to Microsoft Exchange. So if a users password changes within their Exchange/Outlook profile, it changes for the WP site too. Or if a new exchange profile is added for a new employee, the user info is added in WP.

Does anyone know of a plugin that does something like that?
