Publicize not working with Google + and Tumblr

Hello,
Around 2 weeks ago Publicize stopped working with both Tumblr and Google +.
Our website (www.50thirdand3rd.com) sends out daily postings. Yesterday, I disconnected and re-connected both accounts but today it is still not posting to both Tumblr and Google Plus.
