Media Folder, Text Post View and Add Media Stopped Working

After the latest update, the Media page no longer loads. On a post, I cannot load new images – Media button no longer works. I cannot use the text view. When I deactivate this plugin – WordPress works normally.

I am using the current version of WordPress in a multisite configuration with Dreamhost CDN.
