I have 4 columns in my form and while the divs shrink with screen there are no mobile break points to maintain a clean mobile friendly design.
First the columns get squeezed smaller and smaller trying to fit all four across the mobile screen then text is broken and starts to run vertically.
For true mobile responsive design the columns should have a break point when the four across become two sets of two then just a single wide at four rows.
