1, is is possible to make other rolls than admin receive/read all tickets? I figured you can only access all tickets when you have admin rights.
2, i translated most of the plugin to Dutch, but i have no idea where to find the button colors & text. can you tell me where they are located?
3, is it possible to email a closed ticket? Would be great to store tickets from the past with a customers profile.
