Hi community,
I want to use woocommerce for one of my clients sites. Therefore I have several questions.
1) My client sells courses for a small number of partipicients (aprox. 10-12 persons in each course.). I suggested to use woocommerce and sell the participation as it it were a physical product. Then I discovered WooCommerce Booking. https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/
What are the advantages of woocommerce-booking? I do not really understand why I should not use the “classic” woocommerce.
2) I also want to display products in an eventcalendar. E.g. on 1.6. will be a course and therefore I want to offer the possibility of booking directly in the calendar. If the calendar accepts shortcode it should be just enough to go to the specific date and put something in like that shortcode: [product id=”99″].
Should work fine, I suppose.
3) Reservation:
Lets say a customer is interested in taking part in an event, but there are only two more places available. He is not absolutely shure, if he is free on that specific date, but since there are only two more places avialable, he is under pressure to decide fast. In that case it would be finde to have the possibility of doing an reservation, so his place is not sold within the next hours. Is that possible with any plugin?
Thank you1
Raphael
