I am the administrator but am getting the above message and cannot upgrade the core or any plugins. I know there are several needing to be updated. I have checked the wp-config file to ensure there is nothing there blocking admins and also checked htaccess to make sure that was not causing a problem.
The strange thing is I was working on another site in exactly the same condition, same WP version, same plugins, same theme and this problem did not arise and I was able to update everything without a problem.
Any suggestions as to how to resolve this or am I going to have to install a new core via ftp to the server?
