Looking for a way to display all ticket information after ticket is submitted by a guest. Attempted the following under Advanced Setting–> Guest Ticket:
*This message will be displayed when a new ticket is submitted from guest

Below are details of your ticket –

Is there shortcode I can use here? The goal is to be able to have a guest submit a ticket and have the information presented back to them with a thank-you message that they can print.
