I installed this plugin and configured it per the instructions. I needed 3 payments, each one month apart. For all the orders that were placed, not a single one has ended after 3 payments. I now have customers who need refunds, some for 2-3 extra payments that ended up processing. That’s probably my fault for not double checking the results until I started getting complaints, but the damage is done now. Any chance of figuring out why this happened and how to keep it from happening again? I can provide any other info you might need as well as logs/login info to access the site.
