I am building a site with a complex directory. The ONLY directory plugin that would do everything I wanted was GD, which worried me. No need to worry. Their support has been worth every penny! They have bent over backwards to help me – even when I asked stupid questions.
For what you get in the way of functionality as well as world class support I wouldn’t call it expensive at all.
