How to insert the pop up in the home html

Hi
I have my website (www.misencuestas.net) that its a blog without pages (only post). I would like to insert the pop up in the HOME (when people enter in the index the pop up shows) but I dont have the option to do that (there is no home-page). How can I insert the pop up there?
