I am receiving this error message at the top of my screen.

I am using a basic Themify theme and now it will not show the themify builder anymore, nor the admin toolbar. I tried to get wordpress help from an outside vendor and they couldn’t login with my login info even though I use it daily. Can you help? Not a programmer here, so talk to me like I’m stupid. Would prefer not to have to change any code. willing to pay someone to correct this.
