Not visible for the operator if, coupons have been sent

Hola Alberto,

I was using your plugin on an older demo platform with WP 4.4.5 and woocommerce 2.5.3, where if worked like a charm.
Now I wanted to use the plugin in my life system, which is in current state (WP 4.6.1 and woo 2.6.4).
I have following issue:
In the order overview I cannot see, if a coupon have been already sent. The Coupon status stays at “Not Generated” and in “Coupons” there is “No Data”, but the Coupons have been generated and sent out.
Maybe you have an idea, to fix this.
