Changing the date format

Hi. I am not a programmer, but I need help formatting gigpress on my site. How do you change the date format to show the day of the week? Is that the long date format? This is what it looks like right now: http://kelleymcrae.com/gigpress-2/

Also, how do you change what info is displayed where it says Time, Address, etc?
