tmptitle happening on multiple sites

I have a couple of websites that I manage that uses this plugin and from time to time I get these tmptitle posts created and the email never posts. In general, the users are adding 5-6 pictures in the email. When I look in media, I can see where some of the pics look like they time out during the upload. Sometimes it posts, sometimes it doesn’t. Hit or miss? Any ideas?
